What is different about your site?

Our site allows you to view all of the handbags we have for sale, all the colors they are available in, and many different views of each one, so you can determine which amykathryn is right for you. We make it easy to see our products up close with full detail so know exactly what you're getting.

How does my order ship to me?

We ship via FedEx. Unless you choose otherwise, we ship FedEx Ground. Your order typically leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Does amykathryn ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship international. We charge a shipping fee and price depending on your country. Your shipping fee will show upon check-out. If you find that your country doesn't have a shipping price during checkout, please us know so we can add it!

What kind of payments do you accept?

Our payments are processed through PayPal (a PayPal account is not required). All major credit cards are accepted; Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.

What are your Return & Exchange Policies?

amykathryn wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return / exchange the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of item.

To return or exchange, you can use the "Product Returns" form under your amykathryn account or contact us via e-mail at info [ at ] or call 1-310-936-1888.

Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be granted after the two week period has been exceeded. Further, no return will be accepted without contacting amykathryn first via the online RMA form, email or phone. Returns are up to the discretion of amykathryn, and are accepted providing the item is returned in its original condition.

Do you charge sales tax?

Currently, a Sales Tax is applied to orders only shipped within California.

What are the computer requirements to view your website?

We recommend that you use the latest version of your web browser and javascript has to be enabled. At a minimum you should be using Internet Explorer 7. Other common browsers such as Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Safari should be kept up-to-date to ensure you're getting the best web experience.
